Mix Ups at Target
There have been a few reports of mix ups at Target lately.
One customer reports that he purchased a new iPod Classis (80 GB) for his daughter. When she opened the box, all she found was an old scratched up 30 GB iPod. Target refused to refund his money or allow for an exchange.
Another customer bought an iPod for their daughter for her birthday. When they opened the box, they found that it was full of rocks. They returned the iPod, and received store credit. They attempted to purchase another iPod, but this store was out. So, they went to another Target (20 miles away) and bought another iPod. They open this one in front of a store employee and this second box was full of rocks too. At this point, they gave up and bought something else.
These reports are a little scary. I would suggest going directly to an Apple store to make your iPhone or iPod purchases. Or better yet, get a free one. Want to know how? Keep reading.
